Art: Me Time Workshop

~ 1.5 - 2 hours

About the session

A space for: Me Time to breathe, listen, create and gently rediscover yourself.

Sometimes we know something doesn't feel quite right, yet we can't find the words to explain it, not even to ourselves.

Rather than searching for the perfect label, this session offers another way of listening to your own inner wisdom.

Through gentle breathing, guided meditation, quiet reflection and creative expression, you'll be invited to explore whatever is present for you, without judgement or expectation. As your mind and body begin to slow, you may notice a greater sense of ease, creating space for your nervous system to gently settle.

There is no perfect way to create. There is no need to explain your artwork. Sometimes colour, shape and movement can express what words cannot. You're invited to turn inward, to notice your own needs, hopes and quiet inner wisdom, allowing your creativity to become a gentle form of self-expression.

And in that space, something unexpected can happen.

What once felt tangled may become a little clearer. Not because someone has given you an answer, but because you've given yourself permission to notice.

Paper doesn't judge you. It simply holds. 💜

You might join if you:

  • Feel overwhelmed or emotionally tired

  • Find it hard to express how you really feel

  • Feel stuck, uncertain or in transition

  • Long for quiet time that’s just for you

  • Want to reconnect with yourself in a gentle way

  • Are curious about creativity, even if you don’t consider yourself ‘artistic

Why creativity?

Creativity is more than making something beautiful. When we try something new, pause, reflect and engage our senses, we're inviting our brain to explore different or new patterns of thinking and responding.

While every person's experience is unique, gentle creative practices can support curiosity, flexibility and emotional awareness. The creative expression is only one part of the experience, the real process is what unfolds within you as you create.

ABOUT YOUR GUIDE

Hi, I’m Jenni

I created Art: Me Time and Chakra Balance workshops as a gentle space for you.

I bring together and share the things that have supported me most in life: Transpersonal art therapy, extending into mindfulness, meditation, visualisation and believing in ones own inner wisdom to move forward. Also a love of giving to all people whatever their experience or background is .

Through these practices, I’ve learned how to slow down, reconnect with myself, calm my nervous system, listen more deeply, and find moments of peace amidst everyday life.

I’m here to hold space with warmth and care, so you can pause, breathe, create, and connect with yourself in your own way.

This is a space where you don’t need to perform, achieve, or be “good” at art or anything at all. There is no right or wrong way to create — simply come as you are, with curiosity and without judgement.

I can’t wait to create with you.

An abstract painting of a large, colorful tree with twisting branches and a thick trunk, using bold brushstrokes and splattered dots of paint in various shades of brown, red, green, and black.
Colorful abstract painting of a blue cat's face with three eyes and heart-shaped nose, surrounded by a rainbow of swirling colors, flowers, and a radiant background.
A colorful watercolor painting of a coastal scene with a green house, a red and orange roof, purple mountains in the background, and blue water in the foreground. An artist's signature with hearts is visible at the bottom right.
