Online Art Therapy
Australia
The full depth of transpersonal art therapy and holistic counselling — available anywhere in Australia or globally via Zoom or FaceTime. Healing has no postcode.
Online art therapy is a form of psychotherapy that uses creative art-making within a live, secure video session — via Zoom or FaceTime — to support emotional healing, self-expression and personal growth. Sessions unfold in the same way as in-person art therapy, with the client creating at home using simple, accessible materials while working with a qualified art therapist in real time. All services are available online to individuals anywhere in Australia and globally.
Healing Has No Postcode
Your healing journey does not need to wait until you can travel to a studio. The inner compass is equally accessible from your own kitchen table, your bedroom floor, your backyard.
Online sessions are available to anyone in Australia or globally. For those in regional, rural or remote areas who would not otherwise have access to transpersonal art therapy, this is the pathway. Many clients find that working from a space that already holds meaning for them deepens the creative process in ways that surprise them.

How Online Sessions Work
We begin with a complimentary call for orientation — understanding your needs and getting you set up with a simple materials list before your first session.
Click your private session link at the agreed time. Nothing expensive needed — most of the materials you already have at home.
Mindful check-in, art-making, reflective exploration of what emerged. You show your work to camera — often an unexpectedly moving moment.
You close the laptop carrying what the session opened. Your home, your materials, your space — all part of the work.
